1. Product Exchange
Product Exchange ConditionWhen you exchange of goods, the goods must be remained intact packaging. The customer must come to our office to proceed goods exchange (except for overseas customers).

The following will not be accepted for a exchange processing arrangements:
- Has more than Seven days of product purchase.
- The product has been opened (except product deterioration) or has been used.
- Customers purchase products for allergic reactions (not suitable for the customer to use the product). If customers purchase products produced for sensitive and may be unsuitable for the customer to use the product and cause.
- Product exchange DO NOT applicable for any Gift items / testing samples.

- Once we received your requires, we will contact you within 2-3 business day
- Visit our service centre to arrange product exchange
2. Refund Policy
All products sold on this website will not accept returns and refunds. If the product function is abnormal, the product of the same model will be replaced. For details, please refer to the product warranty policy.
If the product is discontinued/out of stock, it will be arranged to replace the product of the same series with another color or one level higher.
*For exchange arrangements, FIRST CHAMPION has the final decision.
